How to Download your Gallery

Updated: May 14, 2020

Hey!

It was a pleasure working with you! I just thought I'd put together this helpful How To video to help you get your beautiful gallery downloaded- so you can print and share it with all of your family and friends! These instructions are for download to a PC or laptop. The shortcuts listed are for a Windows PC. All other instructions are the same except for the shortcuts for a Mac. I recommend only downloading to a computer to maintain the quality of your images!

Watch The Video -or if you'd rather follow my step by step instructions you can do that below!

STEP BY STEP PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Click the on the link I sent to your messages. :)

Step 2: Click on the Open Gallery Button on the bottom right hand corner.

Step 3: Click on the Download All button

Step 4: Enter Your Email Address and Click on the Download Button

Step 5: Click on the Pin Button to Enter the Pin I provided to you.

Step 6: Enter your Pin and hit the Apply Pin button

Step 7: Hit the X button on the top right or go the go back to Gallery Button.

Step 8: Open new window to open your email account. Click on the email you received from Riley Portraits & Weddings. This may take a few minutes to show up in your email account. Also check your junk/spam folders if you do not see it come through.

Step 9: Click on Start Download button

Step 10: Enter your email address one last time and click on Submit button

Step 11: Hit Download Button. This will download your file in a zipped format. If you do not have an un-zipper program download one or send me a message and we can send your files to you in another format.

Step 12: Click on your file in the bottom left hand corner to open it. The download process may take several minutes depending on how fast your internet at home is.

Step 13: Select all the files by pressing Cntrl Alt on Windows computer or by clicking on the first image then scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on the last image and shift at the same time. Drag and drop images to Desktop Folder.

Step 14: Make new folder for files by right clicking the empty space in the folder and going down to New Folder. Double click the new folder title to re-name to a desired name for your images.

Step 15: Select all images you would like to move to your new folder and drag and drop them into your new folder.

Step 16: Now all of your files are saved to your desktop. I recommend downloading these to multiple locations or hard drives. Sometimes computers crash and it's better to have this in multiple spaces so you do not loose your images.

Let me know if this was a helpful resource for you! :)

xoxo
